The objective of the app is to streamline the capacity building and training activities in KSWMP project through an online platform.
The Training and Capacity Building Module will have the facilities like schedule the trainings upload the training plans & training material, tracking the training delivery and attendance.
This app is used by Training Co-Ordinators, Trainers and Trainees.
This app is used in Training Execution phase.
The Training Execution Module is intended for the Organizer/Host of the Training.
Once SPMU schedules the Training, the notification will be sent to the Organizer/Host.
Once the Organizer/Host login into the Training Execution Module.
This notification will be sent to the organizer one month prior to the Training Date hence the Organizer/Host needs to undertake the necessary arrangements for the Training.
Another notification will be sent to the Organizer/Host 7 days prior to the Training Date and once the Organizer/Host receives this notification, he/she needs to upload the training details in the system.
The Organizer/Host needs to update the below-listed details in the system through the specific Forms provided in the Module.
After login the host can view all the activities and its details, such as Topic Name, Date, and Time and trainer name.
The host has given a provision to Activate Check-in to capture the attendance of the attendees.
The attendees can check in only if the host activates the check-in by clicking on the ‘Activate Check- in’ Button.
The host has also given a provision to Deactivate Check-in to avoid ineffective training.
